"Quiet street in Carroll Gardens"
Woodhull St is in a nice area in Brooklyn that is not exorbitantly expensive. I lived in the Carroll Gardens area, it is fairly expensive but not like Brooklyn Heights or anything. It varies, but I had a decent apartment for $1800/mo. It is a very safe neighborhood with a nice mix of young professionals and families. There are some decent restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood, especially some good authentic Italian places. There are nice parks in the neighborhood. I think this is a great area of Brooklyn, and it doesn't take too long to commute to Manhattan.
