"Busy now that the road goes through to Waterford Lakes"

This use to be a quiet dead end street with just an apartment complex, a church, and some new subdivisions. The road has since been elongated to allow access into and out of the Waterford Lakes area. It is now a main artery for a huge residential area to head north to SR 50. There is also an access point to get to the main shopping center for the area. This small road clogs during heavy traffic hours.

The good news is the housing values tripled in this area when the road was put through to the more prestigious Waterford Lakes area. The school district lines were even changed to the Waterford Lakes schools.

The neighborhoods off of this road are a good alternative for people who want to live in the Waterford Lakes area and take advantage of what Waterford Lakes has to offer without paying the higher Waterford Lakes residential housing prices.

Recommended for
