"A great street in a great neighborhood"
a great place to live!
pros -
amazing views, better weather than the rest of SF (we're almost always above the fog), a small number of excellent restaurants (chez papa, chez mama, aperto, baraka, lingba, goat hill, thinkers and newcomer jays deli) and stores (Christopher books, Delirious shoes), great neighbors, nice public facilities (parks, tennis and basketball courts), close to freeways (280 & 101).

crime (proximity to "projects"), poor public transportation, far north bay (Marin)
