"Why living on WinWay is a WIN!"
Top 10 Reasons to Live on this Street!
1) Close to St. Gregory’s church, which might be the greatest parish ever! So warm, friendly and kind!
2) Close to downtown Belmont (great shops, restaurants)
3) Very Family Friendly, most of the people are either young families or seniors so you have a plethora of babysitters and friends.
4) All the neighbors are friends, and borrowing a cup of sugar is encouraged
5) Close to the Hillsdale Mall, which basically has every store you can ever think of
6) Tom Brady lives around here!
7) Great library and community pool, very supportive for families
8) At least 10 schools within walking distance, which gives kids plenty of friends and play grounds
9) Cute hidden parks behind the houses, for residences only and a great community pond, with coy fish and frogs --- great for kids!
10) Super close to San Francisco, just a train ride away
