Does anyone know if you have to live in Westminster to visit their rec center?

Dan is correct, and the same is true for every Rec Center in Colorado I've ever been to. Check them out, they're well worth it!

You can use the center but at a higher fee than a residence. Not a huge different for a first class facility

I believe you have to live in Westminster or the Highland Hills Parks & Recreation District to get in district rates. One great thing about having a Westminster Parks & Rec pass is you get a big discount at Water World which is part of Highland Hills Parks & Recreation District.
