"Busy Road but great beach vibe"

This is a busy road that connects 8th street and Shoreline. On one side you have a few homes, side streets and apartment buildings. On the other side you have Crown Point State Beach Park. This is a great beach and I have dreamed of living on this street for access to the beach. There are plenty of trees and it is peaceful with a great view of the water. The traffic is busier than the side streets but I would hardly mind as the view creates a peaceful feeling.
