"Good street for singles, couples, retirees, students"
Augusta has some retail towards Westheimer - including good restaurants like Houston's and Becks prime. There are some pretty large apartment complexes on the street, which is tree lined and has decent sidewalks. The YMCA is located just up the street, and you are convenient to the Galleria-area in Houston - with all of its shopping and nightlife amenities.
