The Westham Parkway is a road that runs through Tuckahoe, a West End neighborhood that is near the University of Richmond. The Westham Parkway offers access to smaller roads in the West End and upscale houses are located on the road. This road and neighborhood is family-oriented and has a very low crime rate.
