Westfield Ave
"Runs through rough neighborhoods, can be noisy"
Westfield Street runs east and west through Northwest Detroit and through the western suburbs of Redford and Livonia, Michigan.
There are many breaks in this street where a person would have to go around various parks such as Stoepel Park #2, Judge C. Stein Playfield, Rouge Park and often times industrial areas.
Mostly residential, with the newer homes starting from the city limits in Rouge park, Westfield Street runs through extremely rough areas with high drug traffic, especially in the evening early morning hours.
If one is not from this area, I would highly suggest never walking or even driving through this street at night.
My family lived in thie area near West Chicago & Southfield Freeway for 29 years and this area is extremely rough, not very neighborly for outsiders.
