"Great place to raise a family."
35th Ave and Peoria is a great place to raise a family. Very close to Cortez Park, with a public pool, playground, picnic areas, a very nice pond/lake with paddle boats and lot’s of ducks. For shopping, you are just down the street to the famous Metro Center Mall just located south of interstate 17. Great schools, churches, plenty of places to go to and live it up or relax in the very needed air conditioned movie theaters located very close by. This area has grown throughout the years but still remains a very excellent place to live and raise a family, with safe neighborhoods and very friendly neighbors.
