"Decent area, not a lot of resources nearby"

There really is not a lot to say about this neighborhood/steet. It's plain, the homes are simple, as is the landscaping and there is not a lot of shopping or other ammenities in the nearby area. There is ASU West campus within bike riding distance, as well as public trasportation, there are basic necessities such as grocery stores and gas stations.
