West Jackson St, Mt. Eden

Houses on one side and retailers on the other. Industrial Blvd is evenly split between home dwellers and business shops. Although plenty of the shops are factories and that certainly does take away the home value in the area because let's face it, factories are ugly. There are plenty of good things on the street. The street is large and goes through Hayward for quite a bit. Coming from the clubs is always nice because a lot of cheesy fast food restaurants are open 24 hours on this street. There is also plenty of antique shops near the J Arthur Younger Freeway area.
