Can anyone tell me how safe (or unsafe) West Iris Drive is?

Hi. I'm curious as to the general safety of West Iris Drive. Is this know as a safe area? Also, is the Twelve Oaks Motel known as a dangerous property? I know that motel has its issues with drugs/prostitution, but how contained is the crime at that motel? For instance, has there been violent crime at that motel? Finally, do police have to stop at the Twelve Oaks Motel very often? Thank You.
