West Hess Ave, West Phoenix

I would live in this neighborhood, because I live there for most of my life. That was untill my Great Aunt passed away seven years ago. During work hours, 7-5, the street is heavy with traffic that is because of the school down the street and people going to and from work. If you move in this neighborhoor just treat people the way you like to be treated.

I really enjoy living here, the kids go to school right down the street. The neighbors are all friendly and look out for each other. This is an extremely quiet community no barking dogs or loud neighbors. People are very respectful of their neighbors.

We are just minutes from shopping and restaurants and the freeway that would take you to any kind of night life you desire. It's like quiet in the burbs but 20 minutes on the freeway and you can find all the excitement you need.

Great schools for the kids and 2 Community Colleges within 30 minutes, not to mention Arizona State University.

Once again I have to say this is a great place to live!!.
