"Great part of downtown"

It doesn't seem as hot in this part of Houston during the day. Parts of Dallas Ave are shaded at almost all times, so even in the summer when it is sweltering elsewhere, Dallas Ave has a lot of cool retreats. It is part of the busy hustle and bustle of downtown Houston with great restaurants nearby, coffee shops, and hot dog stands. Macy's is right within walking distance, and you can walk or catch a cab just about anywhere else in the downtown area from right here.
