"A fine place to live."
South Vine Street In Richmond Virginia is home to a church, and a seedy apartment building, right across each other, a contrast that always confused me. The street itself looks rather nasty, trashy, and cluttered. However, it is one of the better places you could live, nice nightlife, nice food, a good family run grocery store on West Main, it’s a fine place to live.
