"Beautiful, but rather stuffy. "

West Birch Avenue is the better part of Fresno; lush lawns, pretty houses, and an exceptional proximity to the airport make the on the avenue very attractive, if noisy from the taking off and setting down of planes. The food stuffs are quite a ways away, but if you have a car, it should be no problem getting to them. My biggest problem with the place was the stuffiness of the neighbors that made me want to leave. Maybe it’s because the country club is on the other side of the airport, but I did not feel welcome there.
