"Modern, clean and close to the beach!"
West A St is just south of San Diego's LIttle Italy. This street is lined with high rises and leads to the 163 Freeway and San Diego City College as it becomes A St. It ends right at the McClintock Plaza Shopping Center and doesn't go all the way through to the beach if you're heading west. It would be an ideal place to live because it's close to major shopping areas, restaurants, hotels and the Broadway Pier.
