West 47th St, Grand Boulevard

Archer Heights is a traditional working class neighborhood. Recently there has been a large increase in interest in this neighbor due to it's close proximity to Midway Airport. Recent airport expansion has increased interest from buisnesses and residential buyers. Archer Heights is located approximately 7.5 miles south of the loop. Anchoring Archer Park is W. 47th Street between S. Cicero and S. Kedzie Ave. Although Archer Park does have a nice selection of returants and delis it's main draw is the plethora of affordable quality housing. Archer Park contains primarily single family unattached units however increased interest has spawned some new condo construction. The only knock on this neighborhood is that it is noisy due to it's proximity to the highway and the airport.
