West 4th Ave, Marion

I must say this is one of the best areas I've ever lived. The neighbors are all extremely pleasant, and everyway I look I see green grass, well manicured lawns, and houses in very good condition. The apartments on this street are well taken care of and the reception for cell phones is perfect. We were able to get cable internet and television with no hassle. People with pets keep them close by, clean up after them and use leashes. There are some kids in the neighborhood, but haven't been noisy or disruptive. We are located just down the road from two grocery stores, and across the street from a farm supply store, pizza, and a movie store/tanning salon.
I definitely recommend this area!
