West 37th Dr, South Los Angeles

There is always traffic in this are due to the university, but West 37th Drive is one of the worst. It runs directly parallel to Exposition Blvd. and into the USC campus. Students, workers, and visiters use this street to bypass the heavy traffic on the nearby main streets. Parking is usually taken up by students and visitors that don't want to pay to use the university lots.
