"True inner city."

Not the safest street in the Los Angeles area. West 36th street has very low income apartment buildings lining it. It is near the USC campus. A lot of my friends' cars were broken into while parked on 36th. I avoided this street at all costs. The parking, naturally, is unrestricted, but I wouldn't do it.
