"Country without the Country"
Did you ever travel down a country road one time? if so, did you notice how much greenery was around. Trees would line up the streets. That is what this street does. It is so wonderful to be there. I would recommend anyone, no matter whether you have kids or not.
With the college right down the street, your kids would fit right in, especially when they get the college age.

"West 245th Street"
With gorgeous homes, and lovely trees, I don’t see why a couple with family wouldn’t want to live here. This street is a nearby the Mosholu Golf Course, which is beautiful during the summer. This mainly residential street has some nice housing options and is close to other streets which house many restaurants and stores. You’ll also find the Jerome Park Reservoir. I must say that it’s a nice haven in the middle of one of the city’s boroughs.
