A friend of mine who is a local resident told me that if you are in Houston long enough, if you drive down W 21st through 23rd street at night that you'll see the real side of Houston that no one really knows about. I thought that there would be parties maybe or even just more than the usual traffic. I rode down W. 21st during the day and experienced the usual hub bub of traffic goers going home. At night...... same thing. It seems like there isn't anything to do on this street but pump gas and keep moving.
