West 20th Ave, Beresford Park

Stratford Way in San Mateo, CA is an approximately block long street that stretches from 22nd Avenue in the south and goes up to West 20th Avenue in the north (it actually goes a tad bit further than West 20th Avenue, not even a block or half a block where it concludes finally at a dead end). Stratford Way is a rather quiet little residential area up until it reaches either ends of West 20th Avenue or 22nd Avenue.
