West 1st St, Historic Core

North Hill Street is a pretty long road that features one excellent restaurant. This fine restaurant that I am speaking of is the Empress Pavilon Restaurant. This amazing chinese restaurant offers a fine dinning experience, complete with great food, great service, and a superb atmosphere. And due to this restaurant, I would have given this street five stars, however it happens to be the only thing to do on this street, so I'm just going to leave it at four. Overall, if you are looking for a great place to go for a night on the city, and you are craving chinese, this is the street to visit.
