Waterview Parkway is adjacent to the University of Texas at Dallas. The university dorm lies in the immediate vicinity. The place hosts one of the biggest dormitories in Texas. Its proximity to the university makes it a great place for students of UT Dallas.

There is always a ton load of activity going on around here. You could always look up the Comet Calendar for upcoming events and join in if you live nearby. The University has a great activity center which houses a great gym. The activity center is open to guests and outsiders at a measly daily fee.

For students looking to live on campus, it is a peaceful place. The security measures are very good. You can find major grocery stores nearby. This place is a hub of activities and allows you to be as social as you want.

Waterview Pkwy is the located in Richardson at a very peaceful and quiet neighbour hood. There is absolutely very little or no noise here in the surroundings. This was the first place i lived in US and i have some emotional attachment to this place. The best thing i like about it is that i have a bon fire place at the back of our house. On any event people gather here in winters and have fun. Also covers University of TX at Dallas so mainly students and there families are found to interact more often.

With the UT Dallas in walking distance, this street becomes ideal for college going students. There are also handful of restaurants and fast food spots though not on this street but with in walking distance. Also you will find all major grocery stores with in 5 minutes drive. There is small golf course also on this street along with soccer files and a jogging track.
