40 yo, single professional woman looking for trendy lively area.

I'm relocating from Montreal to NJ for work. I work a lot and mostly from home. Hence, my neighborhood is really where I spend most of my time. I'm looking for quality of life.

My wish list: parking, gym, pool, health food, cafes, french bakery, you get the idea? I have a cat and don't care for families. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I need good soundproofing. I needs silence to work and like to host gatherings on weekends and it can get loud. I live in the gay village in Montreal and love the atmosphere here.

Thanks for your input. I know this was a long description.

Hoboken is the place for you! I'm originally from Toronto, LOVE Montreal. Hoboken is the best place in NJ for "culture".
