"A very nice street with an incredible view."
Washington Street is a street that runs pretty much halfway across town. It runs from ferry building all the way to Richmond. It runs through chinatown and then Laurel Heights. A beautiful view at the top of the hill. On this street are many popular places like Chinatown rec center, cable car museum and Lafayette park. There are many tourists towards Chinatown. When you on top of the hill, the view is great. There is access to many ways of public transportation. There is cable cars, Muni buses, Bart, and Muni Trains. It is a pretty safe street most of the time. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this street.

"One of the most beautiful parts of town"
Washington Street is near the oldest Chinatown in the country. It is also one of the most beautiful parts of the city as well. The houses along this street make me wish I had chosen career that would have allowed me to work in San Francisco, just so I could live on this street.

"Calm and Peaceful"
Washington Street between Divisadero St. and Presidio Ave. is a very quiet residential neighborhood. The homes are very nice and the streets are clean. There are many good schools nearby, including SF University High School. Except for the traffic in the morning and afternoon when the students are being picked up, there is not much traffic. There is also Alta Plaza Park which is very nice with a playground, tennis courts, and a huge grass area. Many people like to bring their dogs there as well. I will say that it does not have any direct bus lines but the 3 Jackson, which is a very nice though infrequent bus, runs nearby as does the 1 California and 43 Masonic a couple of blocks away.

Hi Qetuo, you mention it's very expensive, what would be the average prices for homes in the area? And what cell phone provider are you using? (to only rate it 2/5)?
