What's it like living in the Washington Park neighborhood of Chicago?

Dangerous. Washington Park isn't the safest neighborhood, in fact, it's one of the most dangerous places in Chicago. There was hope for revitalization if the Olympics came to Chicago, but that didn't happen, so it's looking like Washington Park will continue to be one of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. I'd avoid it if I was you.
