What is the average house price in Forest Knolls?

From looking at some realestate sites and some other data sites it looks to be around ~$800K. Of course, a lot depends on what kind of home it is. Detached homes seem to go for close to $1 mil, whereas things like townhomes drop down to about $400K! It is a really great spot though--just far enough from the city to feel like you are getting away, but close enough to hit the bars or a live show in less than 15 minutes.
