"Diamond in the Rough"
Vogel Place is one of those rare neighborhoods where your neighbors have been your neighbors for decades. The homes and yards are neatly maintained, and the neighbors certainly look out for each other. Children who grew up in this neighborhood, who may have left as adults, know they can always return and not only visit with their parents who still live there, but see many of their childhood friends. Vogel Place is certainly a diamond in the rough.
