Of the 3,509 residential homes in Virginia Village, 3,033 (or 86.5%) were built between 1945 and 1965. The average age of all of the homes is 56 years (or built in 1956). The oldest home built and still in existence in Virginia Village was built in 1892. The newest homes built in Virginia Village was built in 2007. Hope this was helpful.
