Is there anywhere to rent boats or kayaks near the water in Verplanck?

Cortlandt Yacht Club is just over on the far side of Lake Mehagh, pretty sure you can rent boats there. You can rent kayaks from a place in nearby Peekskill, http://www.paddlesportcenter.com.
