vanderbilt ave, named after corneliuos vanderbilt. he owned most of the land in the area at the time, and help lay out the streets in the town also. it sits across from bayley seton hospital, and theres plenty of old victorians, and block mansions that line this avenue. it gets alittle more shady as u travel north , closer to the park hill developments. its a nice place for a stroll to take in some of the timeless architecture of the past.
