Driving distance to a number of average Restaurants - Red Robin, McMennamins, Olive Garden, Newport Seafood, Elmer's, Dennys, Baja Fresh, Chinese and a host of fast food restaurants to the East and to the West on SE Stark and NE Glisan - Pubs, eclectic Restaurants, Coffee Shops, To the east many banks and credit unions to choose from.
Fred Meyer and Winco and Safeway about 1 mile away.
Target, Kohls and Mall 205 to the east. And to the south on Stark - a very good fitness center, locally owned.
Post Office is close by. Home Depot is close by.
I have lived here and can get by with less than one tank of gas [9 gallons] per month and still get all my needs taken care of.
Very good Automotive Repair - @ Stark and SE 94th - Affordable Car Repair [503] - 232-4060 - Very good to work with, honest shop. Over my 56 years I choose auto repair like I would a Dentist/Doctor, I highly recommend them.
In the past I operated a Wholesale Nursery with a Fleet of assorted vehicles, so I have extensive experience working with various shops in the Portland Metro Area. This shop rates up there with ones I have worked with in Newberg and Beaverton, of those shops I had relationships of over 20 years!
I have lived here for 2 years.
