"Fantastic street -- best kept secret in Shadyside"

very quiet street, low traffic and off the beaten path. Houses are big, old with tall ceilings and lots of charm. The street is slowly turning over from older retirees who have lived there for many years to younger couples who are updating the houses. Fantastic neighbors, close to universities for college babysitters or to take classes, very close to all the best hospitals in the region, within walking distance of some of the best shopping and restaurants in the East End. 10 minutes to downtown. In the city, but on a quiet street with beautiful houses, trees and within walking distance to Carnegie Museum, Pitt, CMU, Hillman, UPMC, Walnut Street. Whole Foods, Squirrel Hill 5 minute drive. One way street keeps it from being a cut-through traffic street. This is the best kept secret in Shadyside if you like peace, quiet, low traffic, but still want to be in the heart of everything.
