"Enjoy driving over here"

Black Canyon highway is among the most important freeways in Phoenix with traffic heavily concentrated during weekdays. This street runs in succession to Arizona Veterans memorial highway and dies down to form the N portion of Black Canyon highway. The thing that I really like about this street, is its wideness. The street is so wide that you don’t have to limit your self to a smooth drive. The street is totally kept free for vehicles alone and commercial enterprises are far from the roadside. The last I had been there I saw only one restaurant and that too in the far vicinity of the street.

"Shorter way to get to the airport"

I think restaurants and pubs on this street are more than the number of locals and travelers who visit the W Buckeye road. The name sounded little weird! Something like Buckeye? I did not get it right then and still don’t. But anyways, the street had some positive vibe in every thing it showcased; the people, surroundings and entertainment. Among the big chain of restaurants owned by separate individuals I chose to treat my taste buds at ‘Santanas Mexican food’. The Mexican stuff they serve is authentic and served fresh at affordable rates. This street serves an easy access to the Sky Harbor International harbor.

"Mc Donald's rules this street"

If you take a right turn from W Garden lakes parkway, W Thomas road is the next street that you come to. At the beginning of the street from here there are plain lands on the road side and very scanty or no population at all. The main country side begins further down the Holy Cross cemetery after the street crosses the Agua Fria freeway. Even when local habitats are concerned, small houses are closely built on one side of the street, whereas the opposite side of the road are vast empty lands. Mc Donald’s alone has about two or three restaurants on W Thomas road, each at appreciable distances from each other.

"Station of big restaurants"

W McDowell road runs closely parallel to the Papago freeway. From Palm valley golf club it is busy most of the time with vehicular traffic running up and down. Mc Dowell road is scantily populated with residential houses but natural vegetation cover a vast area. Since the street encounters vehicular traffic and other travelers most of the time , food hubs are set up in close vicinity of the street. Some of the popular ones which carry out businesses here are ‘Burger King, Dominoes etc. Since I had a taste of the above two earlier, I thought of having something at the ‘Waffle house’ and snacks over there were simply great.

"Take a shortcut from here"

This street covers a short route from NW Grand avenue till the intersection of W Van Buren street and 7th avenue. After some shopping, I began hunting for some eateries, but unable to find a nice one I had to take a left to the ‘Bill Johnsons Big Apple’ restaurants which made me spend little extra but that doesn’t matter in front of the tasty dishes they serve. Though there is nothing special about the street, it makes you travel shorter distances to reach some of the other streets. It is actually a nice shortcut route.

"Its simply tasty"

I never ever did bother to make a stop on this street in any of the vacations although this was the route that I took from the Sky Harbour International airport, until there was I had to get the delivery of my cousins birthday cake. That was from Paradise Bakery and Café. It was to my astonishment that, then I saw the Burger King outlet which I did not even bother to look in my four to five times visit. Some of the restaurants had some funny and wacky names for instance I had never heard some thing called Famous Familiar and Wendy’s Old fashioned Burgers. This two restaurants, I should say are simply the best, with great service and delicious delights.

"Good enough to make a home"

W Broadway is continued by the East Broadway which is a lengthy street. Small parks are spread at irregular intervals over the distance the street covers. The street is not so vibrant or in a simple way happening but provides all amenities sufficient enough for a traveler or locals live comfortably. Mc Donald's is a common restaurant that is present on almost all streets in Phoenix and hence on W Broadway road. Other commercial establishments on this street are Interior systems, printing, furniture etc.

"Not densly populated"

E Riverview drive is a short street compared to the other and runs between E University drive and S16th street. Most of the area on the side of the street is covered with natural foliage or dry land and local population is up to the minimum. I happened to be here to get a metal rack from a metal shop that lies over here. Some other retail shops and a restaurant called Food City is located on this street

"Good enough for setting up a business"

This street originates as well as ends at the E University drive. It is a short street that runs as a side ward extension of E University drive. Buildings, commercial and educational institutions and establishments are situated on E Magnolia street. Residential houses and apartments are also a part of this street. Manufacturing units like ‘Pivot manufacturing’ is one of the firms located here. Food City on E University drive is by far the closest food hub over here

"Small street in its neighborhood"

E Hadley street is a street close to E Buckeye road and runs parallel to many other streets in its neighborhood. Locality here is very small and accomodation can be a mild concern. The people here are very friendly and pleasant to converse to. Yo will hardly find any stores or food outlets here. You will have to find them on other neighboring streets. Open space in the locality over here is plenty. You could even engage your self in an outdoor game with the locals here for your past time or recreation.
