"Perfect combination of leafy quiet with shopping and dining"

You sit in the backyard and hear birds but some of Denver's best dining, quirky shopping, salons and pubs are steps away - what more could you ask for? Kids ride their bikes (alone if they want) down the street, and the expansive beauty of Wash Park is blocks away. You cannot beat this neighborhood if you can afford to get into it.
