I used to work in the Capitol and 10th Street is great because it is right in front of the Capitol. And Sacramento's Capitol is considered one of the most beautiful in the nation and I agree! During the workweek there is a lot of hustle and bustle on this street because everyone that works here has to park and walk to get to the Capitol and there are so many things to look at along the way. The Capitol park is a serene setting to walk through. Also, if you cross 10th street it leads you to the museum and library.
