"not bad as it may sound"
Yes there are many problems with food quality, but it still nice an area. Rent is very affordable and people are not as crazy as other areas. So I don’t mind junk food. You always have the option to cook. The area not too quite but very decent for single and couples

It is very nice area close to the park.acualty they have 2 parks. It is nice and quite and very diverse area. You will find many different culture people from Indian. Russian to Hispanic. The area has good food and restraint and clubs ad bars. Very social and nice area and close to motefior hospital

Pretty decent street. It is very close to subways and buses. Nice house and you will find nice groceries that sell nice things. Good place for people who enjoy quietness and nice neighborhood. The building is kind of clean as well. The rent is not bad compare to the area so I would reckoned this place for couples

"the place is kind of nice"
I know someone who is living there with 4 kids and wife. I stayed there so it is nice and quite and close to Yankee stadium and hosts college. The area is good if you have a family that you want to raise. People are nice. And the service is good as well

"I wish if I can live there so are you"
The place is gorgeous .there is a court and a mall there where you can do shopping or watch a movie. Also a GNC store if you like to bodybuilder .it is very busy area as well and subways are close. The D and 4.but there is 1 trick. The rent is ridiculous so it is hard to afford rent especially if you are on low income

W Fordham Road is beautiful place and very busy area. The good thing about it is safe eve tough it is very corwded.all kind of stores is there from food to clothes. They always have the latest electronic and great Gym. The best famous belly fitness. Good place to live

"Danger all around"
E 176th St & Jerome Ave, just mark this place as you don’t want to live there. The 4 train is very annoying at nigh time and it is very scary area as there is not much light. Most crimes happened there.dont even walks around there or you will be in trouble.

"149 street and 3 ave( good place to live)"
The area is nice. It is not quite in the morning. It is kind of busy but it is nice at night time. The area is clean and there are many food stores around there.spanish, Chinese and also there is a big hospital in the area as well. I would recommend this place

"Not a good place to live"
I have lived in 170 grand concourses for more than 8 years. It is a terrible place if you are looking for a quite place. Loud music. Drug abuse.criminal.anything you can imagine. However, the area is good if you like shopping. It has many retail store from infants clothes to adults.
