I have been in the Real Estate business for the past 20 + years. I personally buy and sell poperty, investing in area neighborhoods and communities in and around Philadelphia. I have conducted many seminars in the investment category and am an advocate of purchasing real estate through a qualified self-directed IRA/401K as an investment. I have experience in helping clients purchase and sell multi family properties, apartment buildings, student housing, storage units, strip centers, industrial warehouse space and commercial properties of all kinds. The past 3 years I have been very involved in helping foreign investors in the purchase of Real Estate opportunities in the Pennsylvania area.
