These neighbors at the end cul de sac of this street have been terrorizing everyone in the neighborhood for 2 decades. We swear that one of the 2 "women" who live there constantly watches out of her window to keep guard. They always yell at kids for playing near (within 20 yards) their sidewalk, spray people down with their garden hose, never return items such as balls if they per chance hop over their fence, speed down the cul de sac at 35+ mph especially when there are people on the street, and run over items such as toys when they are left on the street (especially by kids) who run out of the way of their speeding vehicles. Then, they always threaten to "call the cops" on neighbors who confront them for their behavior and actions for disturbing their piece! This house has had a dreaded reputation by all who have lived on Theodore Dr. for decades because of the the 3 stooges who have continued to terrorize the neighborhood from their residence.
