"Great neighborhood to raise kids or retire. We've lived here for 23 years and never have found another place we'd rather be."

Our neighborhood is a block from our outstanding Broadneck Elementary school. The kids walk to school. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The kids play outside after school. Our middle and high school are excellent, too. Broadneck High School is rated in the top 350 out of 18,000 high schools by NewsWeek. There are only 80 homes so we all know each other at least by name. We have sidewalks and 1/3 acre lots . We have an great neighborhood pool (Bay Hills Pool), golf course (Bay Hills Golf Course) and tennis courts within walking distance. The bay and Magothy River are accessible by local marinas and Sandy Point State Park. The quaint town of Annapolis is <5 miles away. The Naval Academy offers NCAA sports viewing for our children. DC and Baltimore are less than 40 miles away.
