"Great for familes..."
...aslong as your kids stay in the back yards.parts of grape street can be pretty busy meaning lots of car traffic.The house pretty well keep.there a little older though so they may need some fixing up.There nice size homes so there good for families and pets.The closer you get to the water the busier it gets and prolly more pricey.also are some cheap hotels near by so watch out for tourist.

"Heart of little italy"
I love this place.It's so cute and quaint.It's little italy.They evenr to prove it.
have the banner to prove.It has resturants, cafes, shops,clothing gallary and more.
But bring cash alot of the places are cash only.
It's a noisy cross section though and parking is difficult to find.
And your only a few blocks away from the water and yes you can smell the ocean.
it locator close to the 5 freeway but not close enough to hear it.
It's a very busy street during the afternoon with shoppers and on weekends.
There are also some great antiques shops but very pricey
