About Me

Licensed since 1977 - Graduate of Realtors Institute - GRI designation since mid-80's, Licensed Broker since 1990. I have over 30yrs of experience in residential resale property. I have sold properties from Avon Grove Chester County to Philadelphia and throughout Delaware County. My specialities are Planned Unit Development, Condominium Complex and Adult Community listings and sales.
As both a buyer and seller at all stages of my life; while a real estate professional, I understand the needs and concerns of first time buyers, the young family buyers and more recently, the senior buyers. My committment in each transaction is to provide you the service your particular life situation requires.
I am proud to say I am part of a unique mother/daugther team dedicated to providing our clients with an unsurpassed real estate experience. So, whether you are a first time homebuyer or a senior looking to move into one of the fabulous adult communities within our area you need to call us, Marsha & Sue. I am very active in the spectacular adult community where I live, which is Fox Hill Farm in Concord Twp. I am sometimes accused of "over-fullfilling" in areas of service. I don't do windows (my daugther does), but almost everything else!Designations: Associate Broker,GRI
