"Recreation and a family oriented"
Recreation and a family oriented street the people are great I have had the honor of visiting this street a few times in the past several months. With the park down the street and I cant say enough about the golf courses in the area the feel of this street is quite relaxed.

"Looking for a centralized location and this place has it."
If you have been looking for a place to think about let me throw this street in for you to have as an address. Its simple I am always looking for a centralized location and this place has it. Its right in the middle of hwy 60 and the 101 being south of the river, stadium and a couple of golf courses you cant go wrong.

"What a grand place!"
Kid friendly and nice with store locations all over AZ I have had the pleasure of seeing these kinds of places in action. Seeing and being able to meet the local people and how really polite they are makes this place really nice, not to mention the park that is near by.

"Good place to just stay a while"
Wow! When we saw this area we were impressed and didn’t think twice about owning property here with great people from the area to help this place be a favorite place to visit anytime. Nice location located right in the middle of a couple of country clubs and with a high school down the street.

"Awesome area that you would like to settle."
I work and travel a lot and I see a lot of new locations for new sites to plant a new store and this street was somewhere we chose, it was great and the people were awesome in everyway. The street has great accessibility ad you cant go wrong if you live anywhere near this street.

"Friendly Nice Housing"
Nice area pretty much everything you need, settling down here would be simple and easy. If you like golf there are couple of country clubs near by. With access to I17 you can be anywhere in minutes. With some of the best hospitals near by you can always feel like you are safe in this area.

"Pretty Nice Street to Live on!"
We looked around the area and found something that was pretty nice on this particular street. It was a little bit north of what we settled on but the people where fun and exciting. We looked forward to having a location here the street was great and the accessibility was great with 60 HWY right there.

"Might be a little busy"
I have had the pleasure of visiting this street and the local area just recently the street is kind of busy but don’t let that deter you it would be a nice place to live or visit. Being directly North of I10 you will be able to reach the city in minutes.

"Nice and simple living"
I have worked several years for a local company that lets me look into an area for the store location. They pick some of the most accessible parts of the city. The street is a very good location with a few thriving businesses and the people from the surrounding area are nice.

"Nice place to visit."
While working for QT I have been able to visit a lot of the surrounding area's you can't go wrong with this place being so close to a highway. The 202 is nice and convenient to just hop on the HWY and pretty much get to wherever you need to go.
