"Great community for anyone!!"

Part of the Canyons Gate Subdivision, this area is a great blend of lifestyles. No traffic on the street whatsoever. A hop, skip, and a jump from 249. But, it is all the way north, so anytime you have to go into downtown, be prepared for the drive. Lots of activities in the area for families, new multiplex theater is very close by. Took a walk on the walking trail and it was a peaceful walk with other families out and about. The neighbors still wave hello.

"Great Gated Community"

This was the first place we lived when we moved to Texas. We picked it for it's proximity to 249 and 290. The elementary school (Matzke) in the Cy-Fair district was great. The traffic on Jones Road can be a major hassle in the morning. Construction finally drove us out as we couldn't get anywhere without a tie up. But Creekline Green itself, was a dream. It's the last road in a gated community that has nothing behind it so you have no neighbors behind you. These are patio homes, you the yards aren't very big. But, the neighbors were all very nice and the kids can play without fear of being run over. I always felt safe here.

Shopping at Willowbrook mall, Sams, Costco, Target, you name it, it's close by!!

"Majestic!! - need I say more?"

The homes are exquisite and very pricey, but if money is no object, this is the place for you. Located near Louetta and SH249 so you have easy access to hit the beltway if needed. Traffic can be congested on 249 during the rush hour. There is no through traffic since this is a gated community with a guard. Great shopping and restaurants nearby and Willowbrook Mall is just down 249. Great for those who love the lavish lifestyle and homes with 9 (yep, I counted them) bathrooms. There is nothing to hate about this street. The lawns are landscapes are immaculate perfection.

"Trendy Loft Living"

This midtown street is for the trendsetters at heart. Not ideal for retirees or those with small children. Went to visit a friend and parking was painful!!! But, the loft was beautiful. Great places to eat and shop are within walking distance. You can take the light rail and leave your car at home. Close to museums and the nightlife. Great for those that want to see and be seen.

"Quiet street, quiet neighbors"

This is a well established older neighborhood with great trees and great neighbors. The lawns are well manicured and there are several "yard of the month" recipients. Most of the residents are retirees. This street has little through traffic and would be great for kids. Lamar Consolidate School district. Very close to Hwy 59!!

"Secluded Family Experience"

St Simons is tucked away in the Sweetwater area. Great family environment. A place where kids can actually ride their bikes on the streets. A bit off the beaten path, but it's close enough to Hwy 90 and Hwy 56 to get where you are going. Great shopping, great places to eat, and great schools!!

"Come home to Pecan Grove"

Plantation Drive runs right through the heart of Pecan Grove. This street is reminiscent of the yesteryears of grand old southern living. Something about this street makes me want to have a mint julep. The homes have grand entrances and some are major showpieces. Great place for families or those looking to retire. The speed limit is very low and there are many signs urging you to yield for golfers crossing the road as they putter to and from the golf course. The large plantation community center that sits at the entrance to this street is a masterpiece with it’s sweeping verandas and waterways.

"Ecclectic mix of old and new"

Malone is a swanky mix of old homes, new loft living, and businesses. Parking can be very trying if there is an event happening in the area. Not an ideal place for kids to play or ride bikes. Tucked away on this street is the Beer Can House. It is a true site to be seen. It's amazing what someone can do with a lot of time and 40,000 beer cans.

"Ideal place to raise a family"

Even though this street is located off of Jones Road one block over from Cypress North Houston, it is really tucked away. In the popular Cyfair school district, it provides suburban family living at it's finest. Everything is green and well maintained, but you must have a car because there is no public transportation of any kind. Easy access to 249 and 290 are great, but it may be slow going during peak traffic times. Located close to Willowbrook Mall, the movie theater, and tons or restaurants.

"Great place for those craving an active lifestyle."

Located just uptown of the Galleria, this street features a great mix of established homes, new high-rise living and great shopping. You have to love hustle and bustle to live in this area, as there is almost always traffic. But, the proximity to 610 and the Uptown Park Shopping Center is a great trade-off. The eateries and fabulous shops and spas will sooth your frayed nerves.
