"A Diverse area of purpose, not just people..."
Brookland is pretty much a GREAT urban area with a suburban feel/appeal! It's located immediately surrounding Catholic University, Trinity College and St. Paul's College. It has a variety of business that cater to both the needs and desires of those that live in and visit the area!
For the service-minded individual, there is the Capital Area Food Bank, casual laid back dining at Colnel Brooks Tavern, and of course the Brookland/CUA Metro station where there are several buses that take you into Downtown DC without transfer depending on your destination!
