"So much promise"
Fantastically located near shopping and restaurants and removed from the heavy traffic of Skeet Club Rd and Hwy 68. Neighborhood is a wonderful blend of ethnicity that should provide a wonderful environment to grow up in. Many good neighbors but for the most part, unless you are part of a couple little groups, everyone keeps to themselves. Unfortunately, many neighbors care very little about the exterior appearance of their homes and yards which does little to foster any neighborhood pride or help home values. There is a very weak HOA that has also contributed to this problem. Could be a very nice neighborhood.
